**Bydgoszcz Science Festival is an annual event that has been attracting residents of the city and the region for years, offering a fascinating scientific program tailored to the interests of both adults and children. This year, our agency was honored with the prestigious task of creating an animation to promote the 14th edition of the Festival, which will take place in 2024. The goal of our animation is to highlight the key aspects of this event and encourage the residents of Bydgoszcz and its surroundings to participate in this exceptional initiative.**
**Bydgoszcz Science Festival – Science Within Reach**
The Bydgoszcz Science Festival is organized by local universities, which together create a program full of attractions, workshops, lectures, and scientific shows. The universities involved in this project for years include Kazimierz Wielki University, Bydgoszcz University of Technology, Collegium Medicum of Nicolaus Copernicus University, University of Economy, and Bydgoszcz University. This event has become a permanent feature in the city's cultural calendar, being one of the most important events popularizing science in the region.
Our animation emphasizes the cooperation of these institutions, which unite their efforts each year to showcase the latest scientific achievements and inspire the local community to discover the fascinating world of knowledge. In line with the Festival’s motto – "Catch the Science Bug" – we aim to spark a passion for science that could become the start of new, inspiring interests.
Animation as a Promotional Tool
Creating an animation to promote such a prestigious event was both a challenge and a great pleasure for us. We wanted it to be not only visually appealing but also to effectively convey the rich program the Festival offers. Our production highlights the thematic diversity of the event – from exact and technical sciences to natural sciences, as well as humanities and arts. The animation also portrays a special day – Lab Day – which takes place on university campuses, allowing participants to experience science "behind the scenes" in laboratories and research rooms.
